A note from Masha:

I offer a personalized, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach to help you explore your relationship with food and your body—past, present, and future. Together, we’ll dive into your habits, emotions, and needs with a balanced, evidence-based perspective, always grounded in self-compassion and curiosity. My clients often notice the curiosity with which we talk about food, sensing my genuine interest in their lives and experiences.

I welcome every part of you—those eager for change and those hesitant about shifting your relationship with food. My goal is to support you in letting go of patterns that no longer serve you and embracing new habits that nourish your life. Sessions with me are often described as empowering, creative, and encouraging, blending practical, research-backed strategies with a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space.

You will be fully supported every step of the way as you walk toward a more fearless, balanced, and aligned relationship with food—and yourself.
